Shenzhen Nanfeng Shengbao Electronics Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. Located in Shengbao National High-Tech Industrial Park, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, it was established in July 1998.

The company specializes in UL precision electronic connecting wires, connectors, high-temperature wires, shielded wires, FPC flexible circuit boards, and AC/DC plug wires. Products are widely used in IT, automotive, medical, clean energy, and other sectors. Since 2004, the company has taken the lead in the comprehensive production of environmentally friendly wires (low-toxicity / non-toxic types).

The company is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment and has established an R&D center in cooperation with universities. Processing accuracy can reach ±0.5mm (for lengths under 50mm), with the shortest strip length at 0.2mm. It has obtained ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 certifications, and adheres to the business philosophy of "Quality First, Continuous Innovation, Integrity First, and Sincere Service," providing supporting services to well-known domestic and international enterprises.

Nanfeng Shengbao is equipped with environmental (RoHS) testing instruments, metal salt spray test machines, plastic aging test machines, dynamic simulated swing bending test machines, automatic testing and analysis 2D microscopes, terminal pull testers, connector continuity and high-voltage automatic testers, and low-resistance conductor test analyzers. These comprehensive testing facilities ensure product quality meets customer requirements.

26 Years of Focus on Precision Electronic Connecting Wires and Connectors

2018

To celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary, the product line has been further expanded to include FPC flexible printed circuit boards, switching power supplies, and other areas, with applications spanning the IT, automotive, medical equipment, smart home, and new energy industries.

2016

We expanded our production base by moving into the Shengbao National High-Tech Industrial Park (No. 8 Huamei Road, Songgang Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen), thereby enhancing our comprehensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities.

2012

Certified under ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management Systems, strengthening environmental compliance and green manufacturing capabilities
